Out of the Sierra games I recommend Emperor. IIRC it was the first game where the entire population was actually displayed and you could watch any of the pawns go about their daily routines. It does a lot of concept and mechanics differently from other city builders and so really stands out. It's the only Caesar game in 3D, not very pretty - it was kinda early 3D - but you can now view the city from any angle and that's awesome!Īlso, I can't recommend Children of the Nile enough.
